One panel is for preschool only and the other will be on both middle school and high school.
Families First, a non-profit that offers classes and parenting workshops, is hosting its annual Preschool Forum tonight from 7pm – 9pm in Cobble Hill. Panelists will discuss preschool readiness, different curriculum philosophies and navigating the admissions process. Time will be allotted at the end of the forum for Q & A.

Insideschools, the website which has information and resources for parents on New York City public schools, will be presenting a free workshop about middle and high school admissions at the Carroll Gardens Library (6-7 PM will focus on middle schools and 7-8 PM on high schools). Pamela Wheaton, Insideschools.org’s managing editor, will be discussing admissions policies, application procedures and deadlines, what to look for in a school and how to find the best fit for your child. Parents are encouraged to come with questions.
