Monday, March 27

South Philly’s destination for families, Lilypad, hosts a weekly kids’ yoga class in their Broad Street space. Kids can use their imaginations, learn breathing techniques, dance and play games while exploring yoga poses that go along with a weekly theme. 10:15am-11:00am/Ages 2-5/$12 Drop In

Tuesday, March 28

Looking to enjoy Smith Memorial Playground when it’s not crowded with camp and preschool groups? Head out to their fab play space in Fairmount Park on Tuesday mornings for Family Mornings at Smith, when the space is not open to large groups. Are you looking for support and community from other new moms? Look no further than this monthly New Moms Support Group at The Nesting House (formerly Cloth) in South Philly, led by Brittany Sharpe McCollum from Blossoming Bellies Birth. All parents and their babies are welcome. 11:00am-12:00pm/$5 Suggested Donation

Get out of the city for the morning and head to Linvilla Orchards for their weekly Storytime and Craft session in the Garden Center. Enjoy a great book, make a craft and then spend some time hanging out in the playground or grabbing some groceries from the market. 2:00pm/Ages 3-5/Free

Head to the Free Library of Philadelphia’s Central Parkway branch for their popular weekly Baby & Toddler Storytime. Enjoy books, songs, and lots of toddler-friendly fun! 11:00am/Ages 0-23 months/Free

It’s Pay What You Wish at the Philadelphia Museum of Art! Take the whole family to Philly’s iconic Art Museum on Wednesday evening without breaking the bank on admission. Grown up yogis  can even enjoy a free yoga class in the galleries at 6p and 7p (first come, first served; space is limited). 5:00pm-8:00pm/All Ages/Pay What You Wish


Thursday, March 30

Get out of town to one of the coolest art museums in the area! Head to Brandywine River Museum of Art for their Read Aloud Tour to get a chance to browse the museum, hear a story and make a craft to take home. Head to Old Pine Community Center for Music Monkey Jungle‘s weekly drop in music class! Your littlest music lover with dance, wiggle, laugh and play at this super cool weekly class led by some of the highest energy, most talented artists in Philly. 10:30am-11:00am/0-5 years/$10 Drop In (babies under 6 months are free)
