Wonderful Toy Drives in the Area!

November 21, 2016

This season is ripe with opportunities to donate to those less fortunate; we all know that sharing is caring. So many children in our city are are in need. As Little Essentials has shared, “1 out of 3 NYC children lives in poverty. 23,000 NYC children will sleep in a homeless shelter tonight. 2 out of every 5 New York City households, many of which include at least one person who works, still do not earn enough money to cover basic needs. Diapers or food? A choice NO parent should have to make! For the millions of low-income parent working to put food on the table and keep their kids warm at night, diapers – which are essential to infant health – become a luxury they cannot afford.
