Dying to Go to a Good Movie? Join These Parents

January 5, 2012

With the best movies of 2011 out in theatres right now, it would be total shame to miss them. Thanks to a new group of movie-loving parents, you can forget having to hire a babysitter in order to see Hugo or The Artist.  One Brooklyn mom has started Parent and Babies Movies, a community of cinephiles who love to bring their babies to the movies.  Relax: bring your blankets, binkies, boppies and burping babies to a matinee where unrest isn’t shunned or shushed and you are surrounded by sympathetic movie going parents.

Their first weekend brunch movie is this Saturday and they are expanding from Nitehawk Cinema to BAM next Wednesday. To get on their mailing list, sign up for their newsletter here.
